We are Licensed Building Practitioners and Certified Builders and can manage your project from start to finish in a professional manner.
Beachwood Construction also owns and operates the company Elite Horse Arena's. We specialise in constructing horse arenas that will last and provide an excellent footing for your horses. We also complete arena fencing/gates, yards and round pens, barns/sheds and stables.

Melody has extensive experience in all residential, commercial/industrial property types including leasehold and childcare along with residential subdivision work & ‘leaky’ homes. Some examples of major clients include Whangarei District Council, Northland Regional Council, Thames District Council and NorthTec along with listed property trusts such as Argosy, Precinct Properties and Property for Industry.

Melody is a full member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and currently sits on the Waikato Property Institute of New Zealand branch committee and is a past and member of the Northland branch and chair from 2014-2020. She has attained Associate status of New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV).
